In preparing for the ARC, the crew is interested in what facilities we have on board the boat to feed ourselves. Cheryl created this list and included some photos. The equipment on board includes:
Three burner gas stove with a gas oven
A microwave
A Water Maker (100l/hour)
Double sinks
Three fridges
Two freezers
A gas BBQ
An electric kettle
An electric toaster
An electric panini grill
A Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker (finding Vertuo pods is challenging)
Press stovetop coffee maker
Blender
Food chopper
very large soup pot and very large skillet great for prepping food
Cutting boards
Large mixing bowls
Different sized pots and pans, bread pans, muffin tins, juice squeezer, cookie sheets, colanders, 2 sizes of roasting pans
Measuring spoons, measuring cups, chef’s knives, cooking utensils, can opener, rolling pin, tongs, cooking thermometer
Lots of plastic food storage containers
