Weather remains good so we are staying put. I have fixed everything that was broken on the boat so can relax! The most important things about an anchorage are; how sheltered it is (of course), how good is the holding (of course); but next comes, Is there somewhere to park the dingy (you cannot take the dingy to the beach) and is there somewhere to take the garbage and recycling. This particularly important in Sardinia as they do not have good garbage/recycling points, unlike Spain. The last marina we visited told us "We do not take garbage." I asked, "Where can we take it?". Answer was, "The next port!". Previous port charged 20 Euros to take a small bag!!. But the marina here, has a nice place to tie up your dingy, and drop off garbage and recycling for free (Thanks Scott and Ro). There is not much ashore as the town is a 50 minute walk away. There is supposed to be a shuttle bus but we have not yet found it. Maybe tomorrow. We had a nice walk along the beach and we picked up a few necessities at a little store by the campground. Necessities being some Aperol so I can make a Spritz!! It is September already and things are notably quieter. Beach is still busy, but fewer boats in the bay. Also noted that the price of a berth at the Marina is less than half of what it was a few days ago. Now only 85 Euros per night. Not that we ever go to a Marina.

Some useful information if you visit:

Looks like a great place except where do you tie up the dinghy?
