Pain points!

There are two toe catcher points on the Nautitech 44. I experienced them when we chartered in the British Virgin Islands and here on MackenSea.

The not so funny thing is, once you hit your toe once, it attracts future collisions so you can extend the pain for a week or more! I have now put some red tape on the offending points to try to train myself (and others) to keep clear.

Now before the armchair sailor wakes up and says; "You should always be waring good deck shoes". This is happening when tied to the dock or at anchor. I wear shoes if going forward while sailing.
