Safety Equipment on Board (and what to bring)

We have the following safety equipment on board:
4 Lifejackets - self inflating
4 Lanyards for the lifejackets
Life lines on each side of the boat to "clip-in" when going forward
B&G Chart plotter with AIS
Back-up B&G charts on iPhone
VHF Radio
A RescueMe EPIRB (will add a second before the ARC
Two RescueMe MoB devices (sends alarm and position to our boat)
A hand held VHF with AIS
Compass
Starlink satellite communication
A "Jon Buoy' Mob recovery device (hydrostatic release)
Two MoB slings (one on each side)
Binoculars with compass
An eight person life raft
A grab bag for the life raft with food water and other provisions
Flares
Two signalling horns
Two powerful flashlights
Three headlamps (red/white lights)
Four fire extinguishers
First aid kit
Basic drugs
Broad spectrum antibiotic
Tylanol
Asprin
Alergy tablets
Sea sickness pills
an epipen
What do you need to bring
Pack in a duffel bag as it can be easily stored on board
White soled shoes for on board use only (do not have to be fancy!)
Clothes consistent with the season. Only bring a small set EG three T-shirts as we will typically do a washing machine run every day.
Rain gear consistent with the season
Any prescription medication you need
Sea sickness pills or patches, whatever works for you (test for side effects before you leave.
Glasses - prescription, reading, sunglasses
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Dry bag
Sun hat
Sailing gloves
Phone/iPad/Computer
Personal EPIRB/Garman Inreach (if you have one)
Lifejacket MOB strobe light
Headlamp (Rechargeable, waterproof, red/white light)
